The Artists' Guild of Anna Maria Island (AGAMI) is a volunteer-run 501(c)(3) nonprofit art organization founded in 1989 by the late Genevieve Novicky Alban. Genevieve envisioned a space where local artists could come together to collaborate, support one another, and enrich the community through art.
Since its inception, AGAMI has been a hub for creativity and connection. Our Guild members collectively showcase and sell their work in our nonprofit gallery, organize engaging exhibits, host classes, and serve as ambassadors for the arts throughout the greater Sarasota/Bradenton area, and beyond.
Together, we continue to uphold Genevieve's legacy, fostering a vibrant art community and inspiring creativity in all who join us.

AGAMI RECEIVES GRANT THROUGH GLAZER FAMILY SMALL BUSINESS FUND
The Artists Guild of Anna Maria Island (AGAMI) has been awarded a $5,000 grant from the Glazer Family Small Business Fund via the Manatee Chamber of Commerce to help with AGAMI’s hurricane recovery. READ MORE HERE

At AGAMI, we celebrate a wide variety of artistic expression. Our gallery features work in watercolor, photography, pastels, oil and acrylic painting, woodworking, pottery, jewelry, sculpture, stained glass, mixed media, pencil art, and more—highlighting the diverse talents of our creative community.

Join us this summer! We’re open Tuesday through Sunday, 10am–5pm. Closed on Mondays.
You'll find us in the Island Shopping Center, right next to Sun & Surf (look for the birds!) and just around the corner from The Feast restaurant.
